Ausome Fathers, Inc.
Ausome Fathers is a Columbia, South Carolina nonprofit — with a for-profit tech arm in development — built around a simple gap: fathers of autistic children are nearly invisible in the autism support world. In a 2025 review of parent-coaching studies for autistic children, only 2 of 94 participating parents were fathers, even though research shows dads are just as effective when they're trained and included. We exist to close that gap. We don't offer business services yet, but we're building toward three: The Father Inclusion Audit — a paid assessment for ABA centers, pediatric practices, health systems, and school districts that answers one question: how many fathers are actually in your autism funnel? We audit intake, communication, scheduling, and branding, then deliver a practical roadmap for engaging dads — because missing fathers means lost outcomes and lost revenue. Employer-sponsored father support — companies purchasing our peer programming as a caregiver benefit for employees raising children with disabilities, reducing absenteeism and turnover. Father-specific insights — as our mobile app grows, anonymized, aggregated data on what fathers need and how they engage. No one is collecting this at scale. We will be. Our core work stays constant through all of it: peer groups where fathers build skills and community, and father-led inclusive programming where autistic and neurotypical kids build real friendships. Fathers as builders. Families as the outcome.
